Location that matches no other
We choose the spots for our projects with great care. First thing that we consider is for the plot to be isolated. For us privacy is key. Due to the existing regulations the number of plots in the region suitable for new development are limited. Most of the plots are fragmented and owned by numerous owners. The assumption is that the number of new developments would stay relatively low.
Every plot is an oasis of privacy and silence but in the same time it provides easy and fast access to the beaches, the motley crowds, the taverns, the shops and to all that we call civilization. A few minutes’ drive would take you to Porto Katziki, Egremni or Yalos. Vasiliki is just 10 minutes away by car. There you would find all that you would expect from a big resort.
