The house is designed and built according to the highest standards possible. Clean lines and comfort are at the heart of the design. Building materials used are of the highest quality. According to our vision the architecture of the houses is inspired by the local style. We use local materials as much as it is possible – mainly stone, wood and sand. We respect nature and our desire is to co-exist in harmony. Part of the functional solutions rely on renewable sources – solar panels, rain water reservoirs and thermal pumps. We care about what has existed hundreds of years before us and that is why in some cases we move and replant old olive trees whenever necessary.
